Day 16 of 21!
I’d like to take a moment to REFLECT!

2 weeks ago we began our journey together! You took a HUGE STEP outside your comfort zone and committed to building a foundation for success as a Beachbody Coach.
.
It has been about 1 year since I was in your shoes, but I remember like it was yesterday the feelings of being OVERWHELMED, unsure of myself, and being so afraid I would fall on my face and be a complete FAILURE!
.
You see, my entire life I did whatever I could to AVOID failure! I never tried anything for the first time in front of someone else… I had started and quit more things than I could count because I didn’t feel like I was “naturally good at them”… ONE DAY it hit me, MY FEAR of failure WAS the thing that was CAUSING me to do the thing I FEARED!
.
It was holding me back, and thus, causing me to FAIL! It was holding me back from not moving forward in ANYWAY because I was playing it safe!
.
When I started Coaching, I was STILL afraid to Invite and talk to people...I let them come to me...and once I got over myself and got out of my own way and just started some normal (non-BB) convos....my business grew!!!
Let me be REAL with ya… YOU WILL experience failures along your journey. You will have people tell you NO, you may even have someone judge you negatively… IN FACT, I bet you’ve even experienced a disappointment or two already!

The most IMPORTANT LESSON I have learned in my journey is that THE KEY to success is NOT avoiding failure, it is EMBRACING it as a LEARNING opportunity and analyzing how you can grow & become better!
.
Think of your failures as things you can TEACH your future team about!!! I use my failures to help you all and that positive spin allows me to seek them out and try new things!
.

THE ONLY WAY TO FAIL IN THIS BUSINESS IS BY QUITTING!!! People are watching you I can promise and most of them want to see you're sticking to this thing before join you! (trust me, I'm experiencing this now!)
It will take time, consistency, and effort....but if I had quit...I'd never have met all of YOU!
Stay in the game long enough to give it a chance to WIN!
